Each morning when I wake up, my nose is stuffed. I have trouble breathing, at least until I take my allergy medicine? What would you suggest I do?

make positive it really is ‘hayfever”, might need nasal steroids.. I like Vicks Vapoinhaler, or Afrin for instant relief. of course, original Sudafed, the one you want to show ID for aids w congestion, any allergy to pillow, foam/feathers? Perhaps need to have a humidifier? warm salt water rinses, Neilmed sinus rinse/ Walmart, 1-two x a day, quite efficient.. get skin tested… could be occupational allergies, they have testing panels for that, too.

Nasal rinse is definitely good, as is the nose spray.

Talk to your allergist about allergy shots. They can “cure” an allergy.
